Town of Greenwich Commission on Aging Survey for Residents Ages 45+

Greenwich Residents Ages 45 and up: The Town of Greenwich Commission on Aging wants you to share your opinion on matters that are important to you and your community. The information collected from our brief survey will be used to asses all aspects of life for 45+ in Greenwich. The results of survey will be used to create an action plan for the Town of Greenwich to become the first Age-Friendly Community in Connecticut.

Our online Survey should be completed by each individual in your household that is 45 years old and above.  Upon its completion, there will be an option to allow another member of your household to participate.  It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete the survey.
